But the truth is, my gifts didn't always feel like gifts. For years they felt heavy, overwhelming, and honestly exhausting to carry. Being deeply empathetic meant I wasn't just feeling my emotions, I was absorbing everyone else's too. I would walk into rooms and feel the tension, sadness or pain without anyone saying a word.
At the time I didn't have the language or tools to understand what was happening. It felt like a burden. Like something was wrong with me. Like I was too sensitive for this world.

Everything began to shift when I found Reiki and breathwork. For the first time, I wasn't trying to escape my sensitivity. I was learning how to hold it safely. Reiki softened my nervous system and reminded me what it felt like to be supported, grounded and held. Breathwork gave my body a voice. It allowed emotions I had stored for years to finally move, release and integrate.
I came home to myself. My sensitivity became clarity instead of overwhelm.
Now, in my 1:1 sessions, I intuitively guide healing and release based on what your soul and body need in that very moment. I lead retreats, workshops and certifications, training powerful Reiki healers and Angelic Somatic Breathwork facilitators to work with integrity, embodiment and trust in their intuition.
I pour my heart into everything I do, and make sure every single client feels seen, heard and safe enough to soften, release and embody their light.
